Introduction

On October 7, 2023, on Simchat Thora 5784, a day after the 50th anniversary of the start of the Yom Kippur War Hamas terrorists coming from Gaza murdered brutally hundreds of Israelis on the border with Gaza. Now Israeli troops are on the border with Gaza and US marina ships are cruising off the coast of Gaza.

1. “Land for Life” Peace Program

I would like to present to you my idea for a “Land for Life” peace program. The “Land for Life” peace program is a gamechanger. This idea is entirely mine. I would be happy if you would take a few minutes to read it.

Turkish President Erdogan is currently said to be negotiating with Hamas over the release of around 150 hostages.(1) There are fears that a ground offensive by the Israeli military is imminent and that many civilians could be killed. There would also be many deaths on the Israeli military side. The German Chancellor fears a conflagration in the Middle East, he said in his government speech today.(2) US President Joe Biden urges Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to act according to the “rules of war”.(3) UN Secretary General António Guterres and Pope Francis had previously expressed concern that the lives of civilians in Gaza must be spared.

The "Land for Life" peace program I propose assumes that no people need to die on the side of Hamas and the Palestinian population, nor on the side of the Israeli military and the civilian population of Israel, in order to end the current state of war. One advantage of the “Land for Life” peace program is that the conflict is regionally limited and mainly resolved regionally. This sounds too good to be true. But it is possible. Please read on. The only requirement is that you have to do something good for it to happen.

2. “Coalition of the “Willing”

The first step should be to form a "Coalition of the Willing" that condemns the attacks by Hamas terrorists and wants to save 2 million lives. The “Coalition of the Willing” should consist of selected heads of state. The Emir of Qatar Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Turkish President Recep Erdogan, the Egyptian President Abd al-Fassah as-Sisi, the Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi, the President of the United Arab Emirates Muhammad bin Zayid Al Nahyan, the Scottish Prime Minister Humza Yousaf(4) would come in question. The negotiator of the “Coalition of the Willing” could be King Charles III., maintains excellent relations with the Arab world. King Charles III. would lead negotiations with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for the “Coalition of the Willing”. Former US President Barack Obama could be considered as an alternative.

After formulating its own goals, the “Coalition of the Willing” must create a precise timetable. The goal must be to resolve the current state of war in Israel within three months.

As soon as the "Coalition of the Willing" takes action, Israel will supply Gaza with water, electricity, food, etc.

The "Coalition of the Willing" pursues three goals: 1. release of the hostages by Hamas, 2. complete protection of the civilian population of Gaza, 3. exit of all Hamas terrorists from Gaza.

3. Protecting the Palestinian Civilian Population

Palestinian civilians leave Gaza. Two million people are facing exile. They have a free choice of exile states. The receiving exile states are states of the Arab League. The prerequisite for traveling to a country of exile is that this country has a predominantly Muslim population. The Palestinians who have left the country receive internationally recognized status as “refugees”.

4. Hamas Terrorists

The Hamas terrorists leave Gaza and go into exile. The prerequisite for an exile state for a Hamas terrorist is that Sharia law applies in this state. Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar and Iran are possible exile states. In these states, the Hamas terrorists face trial before a national court. The charges arise from violations of the Koran.

The Arab states themselves ensure peace in the Middle East. They follow their own laws. They spare the lives of non-Muslims. They are committed to law and justice according to the Koran.

With such an approach, the Arab states are saving the lives of the civilian population of Gaza, two million Palestinians. They prevent Israel from taking or having to take action against the Palestinian civilian population in a state of war.

Alternatively, host states can hand Hamas terrorists over to the International Court of Human Rights.

5. The Procedure of the “Coalition of the Willing”

The “Coalition of the Willing” exerts coercion on the Hamas terrorists and the Palestinian civilian population. If necessary, military from the host exile states go to Gaza to organize the departure of the Palestinian civilian population. The Israeli military will not launch a ground offensive and will remain out of Gaza during this period. The USA and its allies are patrolling the coast of Gaza with ships. The Palestinian civilian population and Hamas terrorists are leaving by ship.

Anyone who leaves Gaza is subject to identification. The data will be handed over to the State of Israel. The State of Israel is issuing a lifelong entry ban.

Hamas releases all hostages before exiling Palestinian civilians and Hamas terrorists. In return, Hamas gets safe passage into exile.

After all Hamas terrorists and Palestinian civilians leave Gaza, Israel takes over Gaza.

6. Benefits of the “Land for Life” Peace Program

There are eight benefits of the “Land for Life” peace program.

1) Muslim states are participating in de-escalation. Israel does not have to go to war.

2) Muslim states condemn the killing of Israeli civilians as a violation of international law.

3) The lives of two million civilians of Muslim faith are spared.

4) The lives of Israeli soldiers and the civilian population of Israel are spared. This is a huge advantage.

5) With the “Land for Life” peace program, the “Coalition of the Willing” is sending an international signal that terrorism, regardless of intention, must not affect an uninvolved civilian population.

6) The "Land for Life" peace program avoids future progroms against Israelis worldwide and against Muslims worldwide.

7) Muslims judge Muslims.

8) No armed conflicts are necessary when implementing the “Land for Life” peace program.

7. Advantage/Disadvantage: “Land for Life” Peace Program

"Land for Life" peace program means the loss of Gaza for the Palestinians. On the other hand, Israel would launch a ground offensive with its military, which would result in the occupation of Gaza. This would result not only in the loss of the land, but also in the deaths of thousands of Palestinians and Israelis.

Summary

The “Land for Life” peace program means a weakening of the two-state solution. By handing over land occupied by the Palestinians, Israel will receive reparation for the dead killed by Hamas terrorists since October 7, 2023. For giving up Gaza, the Hamas terrorists are given the opportunity to go into exile in a Muslim country.

The “Land for Life” peace program preserves the lives of two million people of the Muslim faith.
